Education: Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto, LL.B Hons Degree (2001) 2nd Class (Upper Division); University of Ilorin Computer Training Centre, Ilorin, Certificate in Data Processing (2002); Queen Elizabeth School, Ilorin (1996); Baboko Primary School, Ilorin (1990).

Background: Mrs. Amoloye-Adebayo was admitted to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in July, 2003 with 2nd Class (Upper Division).

Mrs. Amoloye-Adebayo undertook the one-year compulsory National Youth Service Corps Programme with Corporate Affairs Commission Headquarters, Abuja from September 2003- August 2004. She then joined the Firm of Messrs Yusuf O. Ali & Co. in 2004 and has in the course been exposed to general practice in almost all areas of legal practice. She is especially interested in ADR and its measures.
